These terms govern your use of Gaxload, including gaxload.me and download pages we operate. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Gaxload.
The service
Gaxload publishes an index of adult game listings: titles, metadata, screenshots where available, and links that point to files stored by other companies. We do not host those game files on Gaxload servers. A listing is a reference, not a promise that a file is complete, current, or safe to run.
Eligibility
The catalog is for people who are 18 or older and legally allowed to view adult material where they live. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. If you are not eligible, you must leave the site.
Accounts
Browsing does not require an account. If we add optional accounts later, those features will be covered by these terms or by a notice at sign-up.
Acceptable use
You may use Gaxload only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Interfere with the site, its hosting, or other visitors.
- Scrape or crawl in a way that overloads the service or copies the catalog for a competing index without permission.
- Use listings, lockers, or mirrors to distribute material that is illegal where you live, including any sexual content involving minors.
- Misrepresent a copyright complaint or submit notices you are not authorized to send.
- Bypass technical limits, forge requests, or attempt to access non-public systems.
Downloads and third-party sites
Download buttons may send you through a short locker page and then to a third-party host. Those hosts can show their own ads, timers, account walls, or terms. Files you obtain there are provided by that host or by whoever uploaded them, not by Gaxload as the file publisher.
You download and run software at your own risk. A link can be dead, outdated, or point to a file that contains malware. We do not warrant that any mirror works or that any archive is authentic. Scan files with tools you trust, and do not disable your operating system’s security features to force an install.
Intellectual property
The Gaxload name, site design, and original compilation of the catalog belong to Gaxload. Game titles, artwork, and the files themselves remain the property of their respective owners. Appearance of a work in the index is not an endorsement and is not a license from the rights holder.
If you own copyright in a work listed here, follow the process on our DMCA / Copyright page. We review complete notices and remove or disable listings when the claim is valid.
Disclaimer
Gaxload is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free pages, or that listings will remain online. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gaxload and the people who operate it are not liable for lost data, lost profits, device damage, or other losses that arise from using a listing, a locker page, a third-party download, or from being unable to use the site. If a court finds that some liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim (which is zero if you only used the free catalog).
Indemnity
You will indemnify Gaxload against claims that arise from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or content you submit to us (including a false takedown notice).
Changes and termination
We may change listings, remove pages, or update these terms at any time. The date at the top is the current version. We may suspend access if we believe these terms are being broken. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms.
