Contact

Email is the official way to reach the Gaxload team.

Use the address below for catalog questions, incorrect metadata, and broken or suspicious download links. We do not operate a phone line, live chat, or ticket portal. Messages sent as social-media direct messages are not treated as official notices.

General contact
contact@gaxload.com

We read incoming mail in the order it arrives. Straightforward listing issues are usually reviewed within a few business days. Volume varies, and we may not reply to every message when the fix is already obvious from the URL you sent.

What to include

A complete report is faster to act on than a one-line complaint. Please include:

  • The full page URL (for example a /game/… listing on gaxload.me).
  • What is wrong: dead mirror, wrong build, mismatched platform, missing version note, or something else.
  • The platform or host you tried, if the problem is a specific download button.
  • A working return address if you want a reply.

Copyright and takedowns

If you are the rights holder (or an authorized agent) and you want a listing removed, do not use a casual “please delete this” email as your only filing. Follow the DMCA / Copyright page so the notice includes the identification, contact details, and statements we need to act.

We still accept those notices at contact@gaxload.com with the subject line DMCA or Copyright. Incomplete notices take longer because we have to ask for the missing pieces.

What we cannot do

  • We cannot restore a file on Mega, Pixeldrain, or another host we do not operate. If the archive is gone, the listing can only be updated or marked as unavailable.
  • We cannot provide legal advice about whether a work is copyrighted or whether a use is fair use.
  • We cannot take support requests for the games themselves (saves, cracks, in-game bugs). Those belong with the developer or the community around that title.

For how we handle the information you send, see the Privacy Policy. Use of the site is also covered by the Terms of Service.
