This policy explains what information Gaxload handles when you use gaxload.me and related download pages. Gaxload is a public catalog of game listings and third-party file links. You do not need an account to browse.
Who this policy covers
It applies to visitors of the catalog, anyone who opens a download locker from a listing, and anyone who emails us. It does not control how Mega, Pixeldrain, or other file hosts treat you after you leave our pages. Those services publish their own policies.
Information we receive
Your browser sends ordinary technical data whenever a page loads. That typically includes your IP address, user agent, language, referring URL, and the path you requested. We see the same class of data when a locker page is opened so we can show the correct listing.
If you write to us, we receive whatever you put in the message: your email address, the listing URL, and any files or statements you attach. Copyright notices are kept long enough to review the claim and, if needed, to record that a listing was removed.
We do not ask you to create a profile, and we do not collect payment card details. Age confirmation, when used, is stored in your own browser (local storage) so the prompt is not repeated on that device.
Cookies and similar storage
We use a small number of cookies or similar values that are needed for the site to function. The download locker may keep a session value so the same visit can show the right mirrors. Your browser may also keep an age-confirmation flag on this device.
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which catalog pages are used and whether the site is working. That data is used to operate and improve Gaxload, not to build a dossier that we sell to advertisers.
How we use the information
- Serve pages, generate download lockers, and keep the service available.
- Diagnose outages, abuse, and broken links.
- Reply to support mail and process copyright complaints.
- Understand aggregate traffic so we can maintain the catalog.
Sharing
We do not sell a personal profile of you. We do share data in the limited ways any public website does:
- Infrastructure. Hosting, DNS, and content-delivery providers see the technical logs needed to deliver the site.
- File hosts. When you follow a download link, the host receives a request from your browser. We do not control their logging.
- Advertising on the locker domain. If ads are shown there, the ad network receives the request that loads the ad. The main catalog on gaxload.me is separate from that locker host.
- Legal process. We may disclose information if we reasonably believe we are required to do so by law or to protect the service and other users.
How long we keep it
Server logs are retained only as long as they are useful for security and operations, then discarded or overwritten in the ordinary course. Email we receive is kept until the request is finished and for a reasonable period afterward if we need a record of the outcome (for example, a completed takedown).
Children
Gaxload is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us personal information, write to the address below and we will delete it when we can identify the message.
Your choices
You can refuse non-essential cookies in your browser, clear local storage (including any age-confirmation flag), and stop using the site at any time. If you want us to delete an email you sent, say so in a follow-up and include enough detail for us to find the original message.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access or delete personal data we hold. Send that request to the contact address. We will need enough information to confirm the request relates to you.
Changes
We may update this policy when the service or the law changes. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use of Gaxload after a change means you accept the updated policy.
