Gaxload is an index. Listings describe games and point to files that are stored on third-party hosts. We do not keep those archives on Gaxload servers. When a valid copyright complaint identifies a listing, we can remove or disable that listing and its locker links on our site. We cannot delete a file from Mega, Pixeldrain, or another host we do not operate.
Sexual content involving minors is not allowed. Reports of that material are treated as an emergency and are not required to follow the full notice format below.
Who may file
A notice should come from the copyright owner or from a person authorized to act for the owner. If you are a player who dislikes a listing, use the contact address instead. If you uploaded a file to a host and later lost the link, that is not by itself a copyright claim.
Where to send a notice
Email contact@gaxload.com with the subject DMCA or Copyright notice. That mailbox is the designated channel for takedown requests.
What a complete notice must include
To act quickly we need the information a proper DMCA notice is expected to contain. Please include all of the following:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed (title, developer, and any registration or official store URL if you have one).

The exact Gaxload URL of the listing, preferably the
/game/…page. A title alone is not enough if several pages could match. - Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and an email address we can use to reply.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name at the end of the email is acceptable).
If you represent a studio or a notice-sending company, identify the owner you represent. We may ask for proof of authority before we remove a listing that is not obviously a match.
What happens after you write
We review complete notices and, when the claim is valid, remove or disable the listing. We may also mark the title so it is not republished in the ordinary catalog update. You should receive a short confirmation when the listing is down. If the notice is missing required pieces, we will say what is still needed.
Removing a Gaxload page does not take the file off a third-party host. If you also want the archive removed there, you must send a separate notice to that host.
Counter-notice
If your listing was removed and you believe that was a mistake (for example, you are the rights holder, or the work is licensed for this use), you may send a counter-notice to the same address. Include your contact details, the URLs that were removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court if the complainant files a lawsuit. We may restore the listing after the waiting period the statute contemplates, unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed an action.
Misrepresentation
Knowingly submitting a false takedown or a false counter-notice can create legal liability for the sender. Do not file a notice to settle a personal dispute or to suppress a listing you do not own.
Repeat listings
If the same work is re-added after a valid notice, write again with the new URL. We treat repeat appearances of a work we already removed as a priority.
