Overview
Nightmares of the Moon is a dark adult visual novel for players who want a slow-burn mix of horror and corruption themes. The tone stays moody and unsettling rather than lighthearted.
Story
Luna arrives in Sitria, the "City of Dreams," hoping to rebuild her life after losing most of her memories. Enrolled as a journalism student at the University of Sitria, she gets pulled into a tangle of relationships and hidden secrets as the city's darker nature surfaces around her. Her search for answers about her past gradually points toward something far bigger than she expected.
Gameplay
Play centers on Luna's free-roam life around the university and city, where RPG-style stat management shapes how her story unfolds. Outside of story scenes, the sandbox lets players guide her days and choices, occasionally interrupted by situational encounters like a random mini-game while riding the metro.
